On Iqleel, first-grade students will practice one of the most useful addition strategies: solving doubles facts. They will start by using visual aids like cubes to understand the concept, then move to selecting the correct equation, and finally solve word problems by completing a doubles fact. This skill helps students master the concept of adding a number to itself (like 4 + 4), which is a key mental math skill for building addition fluency and solving problems more quickly.
