Identify Circles, Triangles, Squares, and Rectangles

Discover circles, triangles, squares, and other rectangles in Kindergarten! This skill introduces young learners to these common 2D shapes. Children will learn to identify a circle by its roundness (no straight sides, no corners), a triangle by its three straight sides and three corners, and both squares (with four equal straight sides and four corners) and other rectangles (also with four straight sides and four corners, where sides can be different lengths). They'll practice naming these flat shapes and finding examples of them in everyday objects, building a great start in early geometry.
