Replace singular nouns with a pronoun!
2nd Grade - English Language Arts - Pronouns
About This Skill
On Iqleel, second-grade students will learn to replace singular nouns (words for one person, place, or thing) with the correct singular pronoun. They will practice choosing from a list of pronouns like he, she, and it to complete a sentence. For example, they will learn to change 'The boy threw the ball' to 'He threw the ball.' This skill helps students make their writing less repetitive and is an important part of understanding how different Parts of Speech work together.
